shred 60 is an energizing workout that implements moves from boxing and kickboxing. utilizing the uptempo sounds of hiphop soca and club music participants can punch and kick their way into the best shape of their lives.

Cardio Choas

cardio chaos is a challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class using interval and tabata training. Exercises will be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Be prepared to work all your muscles!
