H2Fitness Bootcamps offer of varied set of exercises and are designed to ensure a full body workout. The program provides an array of activities and exercises incorporating the latest trends such as plyometrics, functional training, and Pilate's and Yoga positions, to old-school calisthenics and resistance training with your body weight, portable accessories such as tubing, bands, and pull-ropes, as well as the resources our parks and recreational spaces provide.


Originally, these boot camps were conducted by ex-military men, who employed exercise patterns similar to the military. Gradually, acknowledging the increased benefits of this workout pattern, other fitness experts adopted this regime for training. Nevertheless, once you enroll in a H2Fitness Boot Camp, you can be assured of being in good experienced hands.


The current lifestyle patterns leave very little time and scope to enjoy the healthy outdoor environment. H2Fitness offers both indoor and outdoor classes. During the warmer months, those confined to air conditioned environments, either at home or office, welcome a good dose of the fresh and healthy outdoor air.


H2Fitness Boot Camp demonstrates it's effectiveness through pre and post testing. Testing exercises (push-ups, sit-ups and a run/walk test) occur on the first day and the last day of each session. Results are 100% guaranteed when the Boot Camp program is followed. Boot Camp is for all fitness levels. We give the most fit person to the beginner an incredible and safe workout through simple yet effective modifications. It’s not about competition, it's about results!


Although the basic principles followed in all fitness boot camps are similar, there are some which are sport specific. Swimming, athletics, football, rugby, martial arts, etc are a few sports that form part of a boot camp. So, it gives you the freedom to choose your favorite sport and have fun while simultaneously losing weight and developing a healthier life style. Sport specific movements, skills and drills are incorporated into the workouts as are antagonistic movements and muscle groups. Sport related equipment can be utilized in the workouts but are not necessary. Sports Specific Boot Camps are ideal for pre and post seasons but can also be incorporated into the regular season. Coaches are welcome to participate and can be done at your facility. The cost varies with location and number of participants.
